Immune-Boosting Fall Spiced
Apple & Ginger Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh apple juice 
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Warm water (optional if you prefer a soothing warm version)

Instructions:
